The Vinyl Princess written by Yvonne Prinz, is about a girl named Allie (short for Alberta) who comes from a broken family. Her father left her mother for a rich bubble brained "women", and her mother is left to care for Allie. Allie loses herself in music, she works at an old music store that specializes in selling LPs. She knows everything there is to know about music and diffrent bands and singers. With all this knowledge she ends up starting a blog where she writes about her favorite music. Its an interesting story about how teenagers react to when the family home isn't much of home.
I enjoyed this book partly because of the fun facts it had about music, cover art, bands and stuff like that. I also dig the tips she gave about blogs. I recommend this book if your into music, reading, and drama.
