Night Swimming by Robin Schwarz

Night Swimming is about a overweight women named Charlotte Clapp who hasn’t lived life to its fullest. Then one day she gets the terrifying news that she only has one year to live. Charlotte then decides; if she has only one year left, she’s going to make it worth living. She quits her boring job at her small town bank. Next thing you know; reserved, quiet Charlotte does the unthinkable; she turns around and robs the bank.

Charlotte hits the road and heads to Hollywood with two million dollars in cash. She buys her dream home, which comes with hot pool boy and interesting neighbours. Being self-conscious Charlotte starts swimming at night were she starts to drop all the baggage she’s carried around for so many years (along with some weight). In her last year Charlotte learns about love, acceptance, friendship, and the importance of living life to it’s fullest.

I really enjoyed this book; it had humor, romance and a storyline that kept me wanting to know more.

So if you’re going on a vacation and plan on doing some tanning and poolside lounging, pick this book up on your way out. It’ll keep you entertained and won’t make people judge you for choosing 50 Shades of Grey instead.

Hope you enjoy it :D
